The Express Startup service aims to assist you in installing, configuring and customizing the Ahsay™ Backup Software Business Edition you have purchased or leased. Once the hardware and the underlying operating system are in place, our professionals will perform all the software installation and configuration remotely on your behalf. This saves you both time and effort in studying the user guides and documentations to get everything running.
The service consists of the following elements:
- Ahsay™ Offsite Backup Server (AhsayOBS) installation, configuration and customization
- SSL Web certificate installation
- Code signing certificate signing of the restorer applet on the AhsayOBS management / user console
- Ahsay™ Online Backup Manager (AhsayOBM) customization
- Ahsay™ Replication Server (AhsayRPS) installation and configuration
Express upgrade service
The Express Upgrade service renders upgrade, reconfiguration, reapplication of branding and customization migration on your current Ahsay™ Offsite Backup Servers (AhsayOBSs) and client softwares. Basically, our professionals would perform all the Ahsay™ software upgrade and reconfiguration remotely on your behalf. Again, saving you the time and effort to explore the guides and documentations, and ensuring that the upgrade exercise is problem-free.
The service consists of the following elements:
- Ahsay™ Offsite Backup Server (OBS) upgrade and reconfiguration
- SSL Web certificate migration
- Re-signing the restoring of the restorer applet on the AhsayOBS management / user console
- Ahsay™ Replication Server (RPS) upgrade and reconfiguration
